Pitching may be the only cure for Phillies offensive inconsistencies
There’s no question the Phillies are a better team now than they were before the weekend began. On Friday, Dave Dombrowski traded struggling reliever Seranthony Dominguez and Christian Pache for Austin Hays, a guy who has done exceedingly well against left-handers this season but hasn’t played much against righties in a stacked Baltimore outfield. The Phillies will try him out as an everyday player for now, with Brandon Marsh getting the bulk of the starts in center.

March report: Columbus Crew 2 3 – 2 Philadelphia Union II
For the first time this season Philadelphia Union II have lost two in a row. On a hot Sunday evening at historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, Philadelphia came back twice to tie, only to surrender an obvious penalty kick in the sixth minute of stoppage time to lose 3-2. Crew 2 striker Gavin Rayo scored the winner from the spot. Jamir Berdecio had committed an obvious trip from behind in the box.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Yes, it looks like the Phillies have their closer in Carlos Estévez. OK, maybe not by defined job title just yet. From Philadelphia Eagles to Rugby Eagles, Jason Kelce Transforms into Honorary Superfan for USA Women's Rugby at Paris Olympics
In an unexpected twist of fandom at the Paris Olympics, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce swapped football jerseys for something a bit more "rugby." According to FOX29, the recently retired NFL star attended the U.S. women's rugby sevens team matches, where he was recruited as an honorary superfan by none other than rugby's social media phenom Ilona Maher. Wearing a beret and a snug U.S. rugby shirt, Kelce was quickly enmeshed in the spirit of the game, engaging in an arm wrestle with team member Nicole Heavirland, and sharing a quippy recruiting video with Maher.
