Youngstown man sentenced to 17 months in prison after illegal use of credit cards
A Youngstown man was given a 17-month prison sentence after receiving stolen property. Joseph P. Shurtleff, 33, Thalia Avenue, Youngstown, was also ordered to pay $1,970 in restitution on felony convictions of misuse of credit cards, and two counts of receiving stolen property plus a misdemeanor of misuse of credit card.
