    Far Out Hospitality Expands with Third Pacific Table Location in Southlake This August

    FAR Out Hospitality announced the grand opening of its third Pacific Table location in Southlake, Texas, this August marking the brand’s continued expansion in North Texas.

    Founded by restaurateur and chef, Felipe Armenta, and joined by chef, Graham Elliott in 2022, FAR Out Hospitality has become synonymous with culinary excellence in the DFW-Metroplex. The latest Pacific Table location will offer its signature coastal-inspired dishes crafted with the freshest ingredients, beer, wine, sake and craft cocktails, slated to open in August.

    “We have been counting down the days to unveil the newest Pacific Table experience to the Southlake community,” said Felipe Armenta, Owner, FAR Out Hospitality in a statemnet. “FAR Out Hospitality is committed to pushing the boundaries of culinary, and the Pacific Table expansion represents an exciting new chapter in our journey.”

    Pacific Table Southlake will offer an array of seafood-forward dishes from signature sushi rolls such as the Margot Roll (shrimp, jalapeño, cucumber, lemon zest) and So Fire Roll (blue crab, aioli, chives, butter truffle ponzu) to seafood entrees such as Trout Almondine (simply grilled, fresh herbs, almonds, topped with brown butter), Cedar Plank Salmon (roasted Atlantic salmon with rosemary dijon butter) and San Francisco Cioppino (fresh fish and shell shellfish sautéed in a white wine tomato broth), the menu is a celebration of modern Pacific Northwest cuisine rooted in classical technique.

    Additional menu offerings include starters such as the Wood Grilled Edamame, signature Pacific Dip, Fried Oysters, Poke Of The Day, E.H Clam Chowder; salads such as the Singapore Chicken Salad, Nigiri Salad, Crab Cake Salad and Steak Salad; sandwiches such as the Korean Chicken Sandwich, Pecan Veggie Burger and California Burger; sides such as Garlic Rosemary Fries, Little Kale Salad, Greek Cucumber Salad, Jalapeno Coleslaw; and desserts such as S’mores Pot De Crème, Ice Cream Sandwiches, Yuzu Lemon Meringue.

    The cocktail program is led by Sofia De La Rosa, regional director and includes craft cocktails such as the Aperol Brulee (gin, Aperol, lemon, simple), Armenta’s Margarita (Socorro Blanco, Jalisco 1562, house-made sweet and sour), Pacific Gold Rush (Toki Japanese Whisky, lemon, honey, simple), Ladies Who Lunch (Deep Eddy Ruby Red vodka, lemon juice, fresh strawberries, agave), Empress Sour (Empress 1908 gin, lemon, simple), and more. The wine and beer program is led by Ryan Kavanaugh, vice president of operations and features international champagne, wines, beers and ciders, in addition to Japanese Sake such as Joto, Uri Masamune, Izumo Fuji, Watari Bune.

    Designed to evoke the serene essence of coastal living, Pacific Table Southlake, envisioned by Michelle Bushey at Cohesive Design, showcases a blend of coastal-inspired elements. The bar area features a teak wood ceiling stain and a deep blue, black, and white color scheme, while the dining area boasts rope and white tile column details, white horizontal wall tiles, black wood wall panel stains, and gold-framed mirrors.

    The restaurant operates Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 10 PM, Sunday from 10 AM to 9 PM, and Monday from 11 AM to 9 PM.
