Route 80 Crash Claims One
An 82-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Aug. 24, according to Guilford Police. According to a press release from the Guilford Police Department (GPD), emergency personnel responded to the 1600 block of Route 80 near the North Branford town line for a two-car crash with serious injuries. The Guilford Fire Department provided medical attention on scene, and the two occupants of one of the involved vehicles were transported to an area hospital by ambulance. One of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries.

NEW JERSEY - A New Jersey woman trying to board a boat from a raft over the weekend was killed when she was struck by the propeller, police said Monday.
