TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Happy hour is back in Indiana after more than 30 years. The new law went into effect on July 1. Many local businesses and restaurants will now be able to set drink deals for a specific time. Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce director of community engagement Josh Alsip says the law will provide a great boost to downtown life as well.
