Happy hour returns to Indiana
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Happy hour is back in Indiana after more than 30 years. The new law went into effect on July 1. Many local businesses and restaurants will now be able to set drink deals for a specific time. Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce director of community engagement Josh Alsip says the law will provide a great boost to downtown life as well.

INDIANAPOLIS — A deadly drunk driving crash on Indy's southwest side left one person dead and four others injured early Saturday morning. The incident happened shortly after 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Reisner Street, near Morris and Harding streets. IMPD confirmed at least one person was killed in the crash.

Indianapolis, IN – An Indianapolis man sought for a firearms investigation triggered a standoff on the Fourth of July, ending in his death. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), the East District Violence Reduction Team and Violent Crimes Task Force attempted to apprehend the suspect at approximately 3:25 p.m. Thursday.
