TWISP, Wash. — Level 1 (Be Ready) evacuations have been ordered due to a fire burning near State Route 20. The fire was reported to firefighters around 1 p.m. and is currently active in the vicinity of State Route 20. Evacuation orders are in effect for the area east of Upper Beaver Creek, Frazer Crossing Road and Twisp. The fire called the Frazier Fire is estimated to be 175 acres and has a dozer line around it.

All evacuations lifted for Texas Fire Near Kendrick
KENDRICK - Crews continue to battle the Texas Fire, located east of Kendrick on the Latah/Nez Perce County line. According to a Saturday morning update from officials, the fire has reached 1,575 acres and remains 10% contained. The fire area has grown by only 32 acres over the previous 48 hours. As of 9:38 a.m., Saturday morning, all evacuations have been lifted and all roads have been opened.
