HIGH BRIDGE - The Borough Council introduced two ordinances unanimously and adopted several resolutions in a brief, seven minute-long meeting Thursday, July 18. The first ordinance introduced was a bond ordinance in the amount of $886,500 for items including a police vehicle and equipment for $95,000, with a down payment of $5,000 for a total amount bonded of $90,000 for a useful life of five years; a borough-wide crack seal repair for $20,000 with a down payment of $1,000 for a total bonded amount of $19,000 for a useful life of five years.
