Colliers South Carolina has appointed Brantley Anderson as the market president for Greenville and Spartanburg offices in the Upstate region.
In this role, Anderson will spearhead the management of the Greenville and Spartanburg brokerage teams and staff, driving the expansion of the company’s sales and leasing initiatives as well as collaborating with Colliers’ property management and project management businesses in the Upstate, according to a news release. In this capacity, she will also serve on Colliers South Carolina’s statewide management team.
Anderson’s new role is a testament to her record in commercial real estate, the release stated. Her previous role as a Colliers’ Greenville office leasing and sales team member has resulted in transactions exceeding $500 million in volume. Recognized as a top-producing broker and a prominent industry leader, her strategic mindset and dedication to client satisfaction have significantly impacted Greenville’s commercial real estate market.

Anderson joined Colliers in 2012 as a real estate marketing professional. From this role, she transitioned into brokerage, leveraging her creative insight and understanding of market dynamics to drive success for her clients, the release stated. Her exceptional achievements and accolades include SC Biz News/GSA Business Report’s Forty Under 40 Award, the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors Commercial Realtor of the Year Award and CREW Greenville’s Distinguished Leader and Woman to Watch Awards. She has also consistently been recognized as a Colliers South Carolina Top Producer and CoStar Power Broker.
Anderson holds a prestigious designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), further confirming her expertise.
Anderson actively serves her local community and is known for giving back and empowering others, the release stated. As the current president of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Greenville and a dedicated board member of various organizations including the Greenville Chamber and GGAR (Greater Greenville Association of Realtors), she actively champions diversity and inclusion within the industry and beyond, further enhancing her reputation as a leader with a strong sense of social responsibility.
