Sunny end to the work week
PEORIA (25News Now) - High pressure will keep our forecast quiet and mild for the end of the work week and Saturday. Air quality will return to a level 1 or the “good” level today thanks to the high pressure blocking some of the wildfire smoke we have been seeing. Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 80′s. Rain chances will return Sunday as a more active weather pattern takes aim at Central Illinois next week. Multiple rounds of storm chances are expected along with hotter, more humid conditions. Highs will trend in the upper 80′s to the lower 90′s into next weekend.
