Webster Man Sentenced for Fatal Klem Road Hit-and-Run
(WNY News Now) – In a conclusion to last summer’s fatal hit-and-run on Klem Road, a Webster man has been sentenced for the death of a local bicyclist. Ryan Laduca, a 36-year-old Webster resident, was sentenced to 1.5 to 4 years in prison for his involvement in a hit-and-run crash that resulted in the death of 57-year-old Pamela Rubenstein. The incident occurred on August 23 when Rubenstein was struck by a car while riding her bike down Klem Road.

Man killed in I-490 crash in Chili identified
Monroe County sheriff's deputies have identified the man killed Wednesday night in a one-car crash on Interstate 490 in Chili. Mark A. Battaglia, 35, Stafford, Genesee County, crashed in the eastbound lanes of the highway, near Paul Road, around 9:40 p.m., said sheriff's spokeswoman Amy Young. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
