Trenton Police Department answers 478 calls for service in June
The Trenton Police Department responded to a total of 478 calls for service and self-initiated activities in June, according to the department’s monthly report. In June, officers made 51 field interview contacts and completed 46 incident or offense reports. The department conducted 32 traffic stops, issued 27 warnings for traffic violations, and addressed 14 criminal charges resulting from arrests. Additionally, police collected 13 pounds of unwanted prescriptions, issued 10 citations or summons, completed 10 motor vehicle crash reports, and arrested six suspects.

Tractor pull at fairgrounds in Trenton set for July 27
A tractor pull is set to take place at the North Central Missouri Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 27th at 7 pm. The fairgrounds are located at 1415 Oklahoma Ave. The event will feature a beer garden, with food concessions provided by the Lions Club.
