    Tiffany MailMiss Teen Rodeo WI

Reigning as the 2023–24 Miss Teen Rodeo Wisconsin is Tiffany Smail! At a young age, Smail found a passion for horses, which eventually sparked her love of rodeo. Every year, she attends the Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo in Merrill.

She always looked up to the queens in the arena and decided to run for Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo queen. In 2023, Smail earned the title and got to attend many events and rodeos throughout the year. After completing her reign, she missed being so involved in the rodeo setting that she applied to be Miss Teen Rodeo Wisconsin. Last August, she traveled to the St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo in Glenwood City to compete for the title.

Smail competed in a series of categories: photogenics, appearance, personality, horsemanship and rodeo knowledge. She ended up winning five of the five categories, securing her title. She now travels across Wisconsin to different rodeos and events to advocate for the sport of rodeo and to continue to be involved in the industry.

July 11-13, Smail will be in Spooner for the historic 70th Spooner Heart of the North Rodeo.

    Tori BoyeaMiss Rodeo Wis.

Tori Boyea, born and raised right outside Green Bay, embodies a blend of rural roots and a deep love for Packers football.

At 16, she entered the workforce at the Packers Pro Shop Distribution Center, later securing an internship as the youngest of 30 interns.

Boyea grew up enjoying riding in the backyard with her mom, never once trailering her horse until her teenage years. Her horse career evolved when she discovered a rodeo drill team just 45 minutes from her hometown, setting her on a transformative path.

In 2020, she was awarded her first Rodeo queen title for the Mid-Western Rodeo in Manawa. Boyea graduated with an associate’s degree in design and graphic technology, which she has used to start up her own small business, serendipiT.

She specializes in graphic design and photography for fellow equine -based businesses. Her goal is to dive deeper into event photography in the future.

Boyea spent the majority of 2022 working for Ariat International as a field merchandiser, traveling to numerous events she will soon be returning to as Miss Rodeo Wisconsin. Boyea’s platform, “You can too,” echoes her belief that everyone, regardless of age, experience or background, can pursue their passions and dreams.

Boyea says she is “looking forward to July!” and appearing at the 70th Spooner Heart of the North Rodeo.
