SHELL LAKE — Shell Lake will celebrate the 2024 Homecoming the week of Oct. 4. Here is the schedule.

2024 Homecoming

Friday, Sept. 27

Hallway decorating: 3:45 to 6:30 p.m.

Sunday afternoon, Sept. 29: 1 to 3 p.m. extension

Monday, Sept. 30

Dress-up day — American Monday

JV football game away at Bruce (5 p.m.)

Class Color T-shirts being passed out to those who ordered

Tuesday, Oct. 1

Dress-up day — Jersey/Team day

High school volleyball at Clear Lake (4:30/5:45/7:15 p.m.)

Middle school volleyball, home vs. Clear Lake (5 p.m.)

Middle school football, TBD

Middle school/high school cross country at Timberland Hills (4 to 4:30 p.m.)

Wednesday, Oct. 2

Dress-up day — Class Colors

Seniors: black

Juniors: royal blue

Sophomores: yellow

Freshmen: white

Eighth grade: baby blue

Seventh grade: baby pink

Power Puff: 6 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 3

Dress-up day — “Pink Out” for Breast Cancer (order a shirt from volleyball to support)

High school volleyball, home vs Turtle Lake — “Pink Out Event” (5:45/7:15 p.m.)

Middle school volleyball at Turtle Lake (5 p.m.)

Middle school/high school cross country at Clear Lake (4:30 p.m.)

Friday, Oct. 4

Dress-up day — Extreme Laker

High school half-day school schedule, followed by Pep Rally, including He-man Volleyball and other Homecoming games

Parade — 2:15 p.m.

Dance decorating — 3:30 to 4:45 p.m.

Shell Lake Education Foundation tailgating before game — time TBD

Varsity football game, 7 p.m., vs. Prentice Buccaneers

King/queen announcement during halftime

Bonfire — post-Homecoming football game

Saturday, Oct. 5

Dance decorating — 8 a.m. to noon

Homecoming Dance — 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.
