NXT Results (07/16/24): WWE analyst reacts to Roxanne Perez comments, Oba Femi and TNA Takeover?

He appeared so someone must’ve said his name, again, and the NXT Universe is thankful for that because Joe Hendry is a bonafide superstar. His entrance during the opening match that, not so coincidentally, featured the return of The Rascalz as a trio, hints largely at something big brewing in the TNA crossover of NXT.

Or should we say … Takeover??

The episode was chock full of other greatness as well, in both divisions, and And New! Wrestling provided instant reaction to it all following the show.

Roxanne Perez attempted to stand on business and declare herself the next Charlotte Flair, only better, noting the future Hall of Famer began her reign as Queen in NXT and went on to be a “14-time world champion” which, to Perez, indicates she can do exactly the same.

Oba Femi was pushed to the limit in a fantastic main event by Duke Hudson of Chase U but, having now put down such an athlete, there’s a big question looming now about Femi as NXT North American Champion.

With the Great American Bash right around the corner, NXT is flying at the height of its success and there’s no signs of it running low on fuel anytime soon.
