The Philadelphia 76ers' Big Three of Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Paul George is enough to win an NBA championship. Right?

Well, not in the opinion of NBA reporter Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson, who recently proposed a blockbuster trade for the Sixers. The deal would bring Utah Jazz forward to Philadelphia in exchange for a package centered around two first-round picks.

"Lauri Markkanen & the Philadelphia 76ers make a lot of sense. Utah Jazz want picks! Two first round picks could get it done. If the [Golden State] Warriors don’t get something done, Philly is at the top of list & he’d fit like a glove! Imagine a world where you’ve got Embiid, PG13, Maxey & Lauri!"

The issue with this potential package is it's hard to imagine the Warriors wouldn't outbid this offer. Not only do they have equal amounts of draft capital, but also young players such as Jonathan Kuminga and Brandin Podziemski. Although the talent of the Sixers' top four would be the strongest since the 2017 Warriors, it may not come in their best interest. Losing a serious amount of depth has shown to severely hurt teams in recent seasons, like the 2024 Phoenix Suns.

Regardless, 76ers fans are falling in love with the idea of adding even more star talent to their roster.
