The Seattle Seahawks went through some major changes this offseason, turning over the top of the organization for the first time in 14 years. General manager John Schneider remains in place and is now exclusively in charge of personnel matters, but there's a whole new coaching staff now, led by their nerdy-in-a-cool-way head coach Mike Macdonald.

Macdonald's key hire this offseason came when he managed to snag former Washington Huskies OC Ryan Grubb only days after he was hired to fill the same role at Alabama under Kalen DeBoer. Grubb's scheme at UW was one of the most dynamic and aggressve in the nation over the last two years and his arrival at the VMAC has come with no small amount of hype from local fans who are familiar with his work.

Grubb has more talents than just calling plays like a master, though. Apparently he also has a fairly impressive rap game - especially for a 48-year old. Watch Grubb showing off his rhymes at the team's rookie talent show.

    Bananas.

As for his day job, most likely Grubb won't show off much of his repertoire on the field until the regular season begins , but when it does - look out. So long as the offensive line isn't a total disaster, this Seahawks team is about to surprise a lot of people.
