There are very few rivalries that can live up to the one between the Bears and the Packers. The ongoing feud between the two NFC North organizations is one of the oldest in football, and it never fails to produce bad blood.
That animosity does not stop on the field. The two fan bases are among the most rowdy in the league, and whenever the opposing club comes to town, you can bet the players are going to hear it from the stands.
Jonathan Owens is in the unique position of having fans on both sides. The safety was a member of the Green Bay secondary last year, but when he hit free agency, he signed a two-year deal with Chicago. His wife, Olympic gold medalist gymnast Simone Biles, frequented the stands at Lambeau Field in 2023, but now will be a member of the Soldier Field crowd.
Given the rift between the Bears and the Packers, it's understandable why Chicago fans were not thrilled to see one of the newest members of their fan base sporting Packers apparel. That was the case Saturday night during Week 3 of the preseason.

Simone Biles jacket
Biles returned from her successful 2024 Summer Olympics, where she won three golds and a silver for Team USA in gymnastics. She went from the mats to the gridiron, as she was in attendance for Saturday night's preseason contest between the Bears and Bengals at Soldier Field.
Pictures of Owens in uniform were seen all over the customized jacket on Biles. The only problem is that it was during his time in Green Bay. While there wasn't the green and yellow colors of the organization, the Packers logo and jersey could be seen on Biles' top.
While it's still early in Owens' time as a member of the Bears, Biles is going to soon learn you don't sport the colors of the club's most hated rival in the Windy City.

Why is Simone Biles wearing a boot?
Biles was spotted sporting a walking boot following her competitions at the 2024 Paris Olympics. After her events ended earlier in the week, she did multiple exit interviews with the brace on.
"Calf is good," Biles said to NBC News on Aug. 5. "It’s just precautionary, making sure, because we still have tour after this to heal up and all of that stuff. So, just a little bit of soreness."
Biles was dealing with a calf injury throughout the competition. She was frequently seen wearing tape around the ankle in Paris, but that did not stop her from dominating the field.
"I feel like elite athletes are pretty tough," Simone said about competing through her injury. "So, we’re just, through pain or pleasure, we’re ready for whatever."
