The Las Vegas Raiders signed wide receiver Jakobi Meyers to a three-year, $33 million deal during the 2023 offseason. Though the contract came with some questions and concerns, Meyers had an excellent debut campaign with Las Vegas and established himself as one of the better No. 2 wide receivers in the NFL.

The former New England Patriot posted 71 catches for 807 yards and a career-high eight touchdowns last season and ranked as the WR24 in PPR, per Fantasy Pros.

Meyers' 2023 campaign is even more impressive when you consider he was the second pass-catching option, and the Raiders' quarterback situation was a disaster.

Despite these obstacles, Meyers still finished in the top 25 for fantasy wide receivers, which should breathe a ton of optimism into his 2024 fantasy outlook.

    Ceiling: Low-end WR2
    Floor: Flex

Meyers will likely serve as the No. 2 pass-catching option once again this season behind Davante Adams, but the 27-year-old has some competition for targets.

Tre Tucker has had a fantastic preseason and seems poised for a breakout season, and Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer should command a good amount of targets from the tight end position.

At quarterback, Las Vegas will trot out Gardner Minshew to start the season. While the 28-year-old isn't the most exciting player, he'll get the job done and take care of the football.

Meyers has dealt with incompetent quarterback play outside of one season with Tom Brady, so Minshew could be the best signal-caller Meyers has ever played with.

After a WR24 finish in 2023, Meyers should be around that range this season. The former undrafted free agent rarely misses games and has posted over 60 catches and 800 yards for three consecutive years.

Meyers could serve as a WR2 on your team if needed, but the veteran is an elite flex option who will be consistent and dependable all season.
