The rumored main event is a rematch between Mackenzie Dern and Amanda Ribas. Ribas outlanded Dern in significant strikes 74-20 in 2019 en route to a unanimous decision win.

Since then, Dern (14-5) has gone 7-4 and is 2-2 in her last four fights. The multi-time submission grappling and Jiu-Jitsu gold medalist is eighth in the strawweight rankings. Ribas (13-5) has gone 5-4 and is 2-2 in her last four contests. She is ranked ninth.
