The Boston Red Sox have made another slew of pitching roster moves, with the most notable being bringing up former starter Rich Hill from AAA.

Hill was last a pitcher with the Sox in 2022, where he had a 4.27 ERA, and a win/loss of 8-7. With the problems the starters have had this season, hopefully Hill can get them back on track.

To make room for Hill, the Sox DFA’s Brad Keller. Keller had a 5.84 ERA, so it was only a matter of time before the Sox decided to move on from him.

Sox reliever Lucas Sims was also put on the 15-day IL, after straining his right lat. Greg Weissert was recalled from AAA as well to take his place.

The next game in the series against the Toronto Blue Jays will be tonight at 7:10pm EST.
