The Las Vegas Raiders have no shortage of weapons on the offensive side of the ball, but the team has a major question mark under center as it prepares to start Gardner Minshew in 2024.
Minshew, who beat out Aidan O'Connell for the starting job, is a high-end backup but nothing more than a serviceable starter. Even still, he's a better option than anything the Raiders had under center in 2023.
With all that in mind, we're going to take a look at whether or not his top-three receivers — Davante Adams , Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker — are worth a draft selection in fantasy football.

Davante Adams fantasy football outlook
2023 ranking: WR10
Adams had a down season in 2023 but still posted 103 receptions for 1,144 yards and eight touchdowns, finishing as WR10 overall in PPR. His biggest issue was the quarterback situation, as Jimmy Garoppolo was terrible before Las Vegas turned to a rookie in Aidan O'Connell, who showed flashes over 10 starts.
The quarterback situation isn't leaps and bounds better than it was in 2023, with the Raiders starting Minshew and having O'Connell as a backup. But things should be at least slightly better, which should lead to another top-10 finish for Adams.

Jakobi Meyers fantasy football outlook
2023 ranking: WR24
Similarly to Adams, the biggest issue for Meyers was the quarterback play, but he was still a top-25 receiver in PPR and has proven time and time again that he can still produce despite a lackluster situation under center. Meyers has posted over 800 yards receiving in each of the past three years.
Even if Minshew is only a minor improvement over what the Raiders had last year, he should improve on his 2023 ranking. At worst, Meyers will be a high-end flex option.

Tre Tucker fantasy football outlook
2023 ranking: WR88
Tucker is entering his second season in the NFL after showing some promise during his rookie campaign. Tucker hauled in 19 catches for 331 yards and two touchdowns, flashing his big-play ability with 17.4 yards per reception.
Tucker displayed more of the same during the preseason and will have a larger role in the offense as the No. 3 wide receiver.
The Verdict: Which Raiders WR should you draft in PPR fantasy football leagues?
Adams is obviously the cream of the crop of Raiders wide receivers and someone to target in the middle of the second round or later. Meyers is mid-round pick and is going to be a flex option, so don't bank on him being your WR2.
Tucker will be a boom-or-bust, low-end flex option and someone who you target in the last rounds of the draft as a bench stash.
