LeBron James reacts to ridiculous TD catch by Colorado's Travis Hunter

NBA superstar LeBron James said it well, and said it for everyone watching Colorado All-American Travis Hunter's 2024 season debut against North Dakota State on Aug. 29.

"MAN TRAVIS HUNTER IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! WOW," the NBA's career leading scorer and three-time Olympic gold medalist wrote on his official X account .

It was one of many shocked reactions to the last of Hunter's three touchdown receptions in a 31-26 win.

Hunter's 3-yard TD with 7:57 left in the game gave Colorado a 31-20 lead and seemed like an optical illusion as he snatched it out of the air from quarterback Shedeur Sanders with a defensive back draped all over him.

Hunter finished with 7 receptions for 132 receiving yards while playing the entire game at cornerback as well.

Sanders went 26-of-34 passing for 445 yards, 4 touchdowns and 1 interception. Jimmy Horn Jr. led the Buffs with 7 receptions for 198 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

Hunter was a consensus All-American in 2023 and won the Paul Hornung Award as the nation's most versatile player. He's projected as a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft .
