Less than a week before their first game of the 2024 regular season, the New England Patriots continue to make changes to the group in their building.

On Tuesday, New England swapped players on their practice squad, releasing linebacker Brevin Allen and signing offensive tackle Caleb Jones.

Jones, 25, is a monster of a man, standing at 6-foot-9 and weighing 370 pounds. He played collegiately at Indiana from 2017-21, appearing 41 games in his career and starting 30. He signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2022 and spent the last two seasons with the franchise. During that time, he appeared in just one game (playing one special teams snap).

Allen, 23, signed to New England's practice squad last week after spending time with the Packers and Los Angeles Chargers. He played for Campbell in college.

Here's New England's updated practice squad:

    • WR Matt Landers
    • RB Terrell Jennings
    • TE Mitchell Wilcox
    • RB Kevin Harris
    • OT Liam Fornadel
    • DE Jotham Russell (doesn't count toward 16-man limit as International Pathway Player)
    • DB A.J. Thomas
    • OL Jerome Carvin
    • OL Bryan Hudson
    • DL Trysten Hill
    • OL Michael Jordan
    • WR Jalen Reagor
    • CB Isaiah Bolden
    • LB Ochaun Mathis
    • LB Joe Giles-Harris
    • LB Yvandy Rigby
    • OT Caleb Jones
