Sheamus shows off new look, stuns WWE Universe in the process

Sheamus is in the best shape of his life, quite possibly. The Celtic Warrior missed quite a bit of time away from WWE due to injury in 2024 and when he returned, he wasn’t the same chiseled form the Universe and the locker room had become accustomed to seeing.

Even one of his best mates, Drew McIntyre, used his rotund midsection as banter in a scathing promo when the two came face to face in the ring following Sheamus’ return.

It’s clear Sheamus took that to heart, a fitness junkie of the highest order who went hard in the lab to reshape himself physically.

And, now, he’s absolutely shredded.

The future WWE Hall of Famer is well-known for the brutality of his workouts and anyone who follows his episodes of Celtic Warrior Workouts on YouTube knows this to be true — a series that features Sheamus putting various WWE superstars through the paces whilst interviewing them during their challenges.

McIntyre will likely not have much to say about his buddy’s belly anymore, needless to say, and Sheamus continues to be one of the best draws in all of wrestling — belly or not.
