The South American qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup have now reached the eighth round and all eyes are on Barranquilla, where a rematch of the recent Copa America final between Colombia and Argentina will take place.
The winners of the past two continental tournaments and the reigning world champions are the dominant leaders of this qualifying section, with 18 points from seven games.
