Ravens linebacker Kyle Van Noy has a bone to pick with the Chiefs organization.
Van Noy has nothing against the Chiefs' players. Van Noy has faced the Kansas City football squad plenty of times in his career, including in his stops with the Patriots, Dolphins and Chargers.
But the 33-year-old expressed his displeasure with one aspect of the Chiefs' team — its training staff. Van Noy wasn't happy with the medical personnel on site at Arrowhead Stadium for the defending Super Bowl champions' season opener against the Ravens, claiming that he didn't get "professional" service after an injury.

Will Kyle Van Noy play Sunday?
Van Noy did not practice at all Wednesday due to the eye injury he suffered against the Chiefs in the 27-20 season-opening loss for the Ravens.
"It was a pretty good fracture, and I'm still going through tests with specialists," Van Noy said on the "McCoy & Van Noy" podcast.
The linebacker didn't give any sort of a timetable for his return, but it most definitely rules him out for Sunday's contest against the Raiders in Baltimore at the very least.

Van Noy suffered a fractured orbital bone during the "Thursday Night Football" season opener against the Chiefs.
On Tuesday, he revealed on his podcast how "disappointed" he was by the training staff of Kansas City, who, in his opinion, did not attend to him soon enough.
"I was disappointed in the way the training staff of the Chiefs handled the situation," Van Noy said. "When things like that hurt, you get hurt, especially something that could be serious like mine was, you’re supposed to rely on the team’s training staff or their doctors, and I was supposed to see an ophthalmologist, which is somebody who checks out eye performance, eye surgery.
"And they took an entire quarter to get down to talk to me in the locker room, which, to me, is unacceptable, because then you start thinking: What if I was trying to go back in the game? What if I was really, really hurt?
"Mine happened to be moderate, but it still was serious because it’s the eye, and your expectation of someone to be down there as the training staff asks them to be down there, would have had some more urgency."
The linebacker was particularly upset about the fact that it took the Kansas City staff "an entire quarter" to meet with him after he left the playing surface.
"They took an entire quarter to get down to talk to me in the locker room, which to me, is unacceptable," Van Noy said. "As a player, people have that expectation of you being professional, handling business and in a time of need, I wanted that from them, and I felt like I didn't get it."
Van Noy made sure to point out the fact that the defending Super Bowl champions were given an F rating for their training staff in the NFLPA players poll .
