Hamlin has become a player of interest after overcoming a scary and tragic injury during a "Monday Night Football" game against the Bengals in January 2022. He collapsed on the field after a hit, suffering a neck injury and cardiac arrest.

Hamlin made a miraculous return to the field in 2023, finishing as a finalist for NFL Comeback Player of the Year.

With all of Buffalo's roster turnover on the defensive side of the ball, Hamlin was slated to take over as the Bills' starting safety for the 2024 season, but is Hamlin playing in their "Thursday Night Football" game against the Dolphins?
