Falcons fans get dissed in Broncos LB's comments about Steelers fans

Whenever the Pittsburgh Steelers play a road game, their fans show up to the opposing team's stadium in full force, something we saw during the Week 1 win over the Atlanta Falcons .

Not only did Steelers fans show up, they were so loud that the Falcons had to go to a silent count on offense, something Steelers star edge rusher T.J. Watt talked about after the game.

"Steeler Nation is incredible, man," Watt said after the game . "It is incredibly demoralizing for an offense to be on a silent count at their home field. Honestly, a lot of those plays go to them. The fumble I was able to land on because they had to be on a silent count at their place. Any time that happens when you have a lot of shifts and motions, snaps can go anywhere. The ball is on the ground I got to recover it."

Naturally, Denver Broncos players were asked about Steelers fans invading Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday, and Falcons fans caught a stray from linebacker Alex Singleton in the process.

“We’ll be fine,” Singleton said, per Chris Tomasson of the Denver Gazette. “I think we have better fans than the Falcons.”

    Ouch.

While we'll leave that particular debate up to Falcons and Broncos fans, we can say the Steelers have one of the most dedicated fanbases in the entire league and that is not up for debate.

Need proof? Just go to a road Steelers game and check it out for yourself.
