Josh Allen has been the best player in the NFL through three weeks of the 2024 season. He is coming off not just his best performance of the year, but one of his best games as a pro.

Allen 23-of-30 for 263 yards and four touchdowns in the Bills' 47-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was the first time since 2007 that a quarterback threw four first-half touchdown passes in the first half of a Monday night game - Ben Roethlisberger was the last to do so against the Baltimore Ravens.

Allen's performance earned him AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors, marking the 13th time he's won the award, which is the most in the NFL during that span. Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes are tied in second place with 10. Allen's incredible outing also marked the first time in NFL history that a quarterback completed 75 percent of his passes, threw four touchdowns, had no turnovers, took zero sacks, and led his team in rushing yards all in the same game.

Allen is off to a special start. Should this be the norm for the remainder of the season, he will be an easy winner of the MVP award.
