Sunday night's tilt between the Ravens and Bills was billed as a clash of the titans between two of football's greatest showmen, Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen.
Both Jackson and Allen had impressive moments. In the end, though, the final result of the contest largely revolved around a single man — or, rather, a single king: Baltimore running back Derrick Henry.
The Ravens' newcomer put forth a wondrous day at the races on Sunday, sprinting his way to more than 200 yards of total offense. Fueled by Henry's epic day — coupled with strong showings from Jackson, Justice Hill, Kyle Van Noy, and Kyle Hamilton — Baltimore cruised to a 35-10 victory at M&T Bank Stadium.
The action started from the opening salvo for the Ravens (2-2), who scored on their first play from scrimmage courtesy of an 87-yard dash from Henry. It was a sign of what was to come for John Harbaugh's side, who made the Bills (3-1) and their high-powered offense look decidedly ordinary under the bright Charm City lights.
Henry was the standout, accumulating 209 yards of total offense (199 rushing, 10 receiving) and two touchdowns. Jackson and Hill were similarly effective. The reigning NFL MVP accounted for 210 total yards and three touchdowns (one rushing, two passing), while Hill caught six passes for 78 yards and a score.
Baltimore's offense found its mark more times than most in the first half, and despite Allen's best efforts — he was 16-of-29 for 180 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions — Buffalo couldn't overcome its early-game hardships.

End of fourth quarter: Ravens 35, Bills 10
11:04 p.m.: Baltimore's drive salts away without a whimper. The Bills will get the ball back. But there might be too little time to mount much of a comeback.
11:00 p.m.: Henry racking up the yards as the clock ticks down. He's just under 200 yards. If he's able to eclipse the bicentennial mark, he'll have sole possession of the record for the most 200-yard performances in NFL history.
10:52 p.m.: The blitz comes up trumps for the Ravens; misdirection fools Buffalo's offensive line, forcing Allen into an incompletion on third-and-long. The Bills will have to send the ball back to Baltimore's offense.
10:47 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Henry appeared to have nabbed his third score of the game when the ball squirted out courtesy of a hit from Rasul Douglas. The ball twirled across the end zone, eventually finding fullback Patrick Ricard, who caressed it like a young child, adding to Baltimore's lead in the process. Sometimes you're good. Sometimes you're lucky. The Ravens appear to be both.
Ravens 35, Bills 10
10:42 p.m.: Jackson, Henry and Hill have been marvelous on the ground thus far. Henry has been the standout; he just burst for another 35 yards, bringing Baltimore on the cusp of the end zone...again.
10:40 p.m.: Bass' play strays wide. The Bills get nothing out of their drive. Baltimore will get the ball at its own 38.
End of third quarter: Ravens 28, Bills 10
10:37 p.m.: Allen goes down on third-and-four! Humphrey and Odafe Oweh bring the heat, with Ofeh ripping the Bills' signal-caller to the grass. Buffalo lost 16 yards on that play. It will set up a 48-yard field goal attempt by Bass.
10:34 p.m.: The Bills are moving the ball with increasing effectiveness. They're deep inside Baltimore's side of the field, benefitting from lengthy plays by Kincaid and Coleman. A trip to the red zone seems likely.
10:29 p.m.: Jackson finds pay dirt from nine yards out, deceiving the Bills defense with a misdirection. Likely made the key block on the outside, paving a path for Jackson to score. The Ravens open their second-half scoring account in the blink of an eye.

10:28 p.m.: What a play by Hill, who pulls off a pair a dekes in the open field to turn what looked to be a short-yard gain into a first down on third-and-seven.
10:27 p.m.: The Ravens are marching down the field with aplomb, taking advantage of strong play form Henry and Hill. They're approaching the red zone.
10:24 p.m.: FUMBLE! Buffalo's promising drive comes to a sudden end after Van Noy sent the ball spiraling on an attempted trick play. Hamilton recovers and Baltimore gets itself back in control.
10:22 p.m.: Buffalo is percolating. Cook brings the Bills into Ravens territory.
10:21 p.m.: Allen hits Coleman, who overcomes Brandon Stephens' grasp to reel in the ball along the boundary.
10:16 p.m.: Spector comes up clutch once more, wrestling Jackson down to the canvas on third-and-long. The Bills defense looks to have stepped it up in a major way to open up the second half. Their offense will get a chance to do the same once more, even after return man Brandon Codrington's muff on the punt return.
10:10 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Ty Johnson marks his return to his home state with a score from three yards out. The Bills are right back in this!
Ravens 21, Bills 10
10:09 p.m.: Unbelievable throw by Allen as he was falling out of bounds. He raced to the right sideline and looked poised to absorb a crunching sack. However, he caught Shakir out of the corner of his eye and flicked the ball 52 yards down the field to connect with his go-to wide receiver in the post-Stefon Diggs era.
10:06 p.m.: Wondrous throw by Jackson on third-and-20. Unfortunately for him, Flowers couldn't get a handle on it. Bills will get the ball back after forcing a three-and-out.
10:04 p.m.: Buffalo sends Williams on the blitz, prompting an intentional grounding call. Decent adjustment from McDermott to start the frame.
End of second quarter: Ravens 21, Bills 3
9:48 p.m.: Looks like Baltimore will let the quarter — and half — come to a close.
9:45 p.m.: Buffalo's drive dwindles following its fourth-down "conversion." Allen dropped a sumptuous toss towards Keon Coleman that would've had the Bills inside the red zone. But Buffalo's rookie wideout dropped the pass. The Bills will hand the ball back to the Ravens, who have 50 seconds left and one timeout remaining. They'll also get the ball to start the second half.
9:42 p.m.: The Bills move the chains after the Ravens call successive timeouts, a no-no in the league's rulebook.
9:40 p.m.: Marlon Humphrey makes an impressive pass-breakup on third-and-2, flicking the ball away just as it appeared destined to fall in Shakir's hands. Bills have to go for it here.
9:35 p.m.: FUMBLE! Jackson makes his first error of the day, attempting to shake off Dorian Williams. Williams won out in the end, jarring the ball loose as Jackson went down. Bailey Spector climbs on top of the loose change, setting the Bills up in decent field position needing a score to stay in arm's reach.
9:32 p.m.: Jackson is tearing the Bills' secondary to shreds. Just hit Rashod Bateman with a 26-yard arrow to move the Ravens deep inside Buffalo territory. He's 11-of-13 for 135 yards and two scores thus far.
9:25 p.m.: Baltimore dials up the blitz, sending seven to make Allen's life hell. Kyle Van Noy bursts through to bring down Allen on third-and-intermediate. Another Buffalo drive comes to a close in just three plays. The Ravens have a chance to add another gemstone to their glimmering first-half lead.
9:24 p.m.: Allen almost saw his interception-free streak come to a close. Fired a pass straight to Nate Wiggins. But the ball sneaks under his grasp.
9:20 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Hill adds to his highlight reel, displacing his marker with a wheel route. The move was all that Jackson needed; the two-time MVP lofted a pass into his path, allowing the RB to trot into the end zone. What a start from this Ravens offense.

9:18 p.m.: Hill continues to perform in the flat. Just gobbled up a screen pass before sprinting 15 yards to move the chains on third-and-long. Baltimore's on the brink of a trip to the red zone...again.
9:12 p.m.: Nelson Agholor makes quite the catch in between the underneath coverage, helping the Ravens convert on third-and-long. Baltimore's offense has been quite impressive in the opening two frames.
9:09 p.m.: Jackson finds his target on the opening play, dropping a pass right into Isaiah Likely's lap for 26 yards.
9:05 p.m.: Buffalo's successive drive turns to ashes after three plays. All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton corralled Dawson Knox right when it appeared as if he would sidle beyond the first-down marker. The ball is returning to Jackson and his troops once more.
9:01 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Henry sneaks into the end zone for his second score of the day, snagging Jackson's pass for his first receiving TD since 2019.

8:56 p.m.: Baltimore's offense is clicking to start this one. John Harbaugh's squad has the ball on the cusp of the goal line, capitalizing on strong runs by Henry and Jackson, a gaudy catch and run by Flowers and a timely Wayne Smoot unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
8:53 p.m.: Solid start to Baltimore's second drive. Jackson hits Zay Flowers to pick up the first down on the first play of the possession. Then, Jackson, Henry and Justice Hill collaborate to bring the Ravens beyond midfield.
8:49 p.m.: FIELD GOAL! Bass' attempt find its mark. The Bills are on the board.

8:48 p.m.: Allen scampers for nine years, setting up a 50-yarder for marksman Tyler Bass.
8:46 p.m.: Allen was unable to find his target on third-and-long. However, John Harbaugh opts to accept holding call and make the Bills re-do the down.
8:43 p.m.: Khalil Shakir is slow to get up after fielding an Allen throw and acting towards the timeline before being swallowed up by a sea of Baltimore defenders. He appeared to be gesturing towards his lower leg as medical personnel may their way towards him.
8:39 p.m.: Buffalo is methodically moving the ball down the field in its second possession of the night. Allen, James Cook and Dalton Kincaid have helped the Bills breach into Ravens territory.
8:37 p.m.: Historic level of production by King Henry in his career to date.
8:32 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Derrick Henry races 87 yards down the field on Baltimore's first play of scrimmage to give the Ravens a lead! Masterful blocking across the trenches opened up an alley for the future Hall of Famer to trot through. That's the third-longest score of his career.

8:28 p.m.: The Bills boot the ball to the Ravens after their drive sputters around midfield. Jackson and Co. will take over inside their own 20.
8:25 p.m.: Buffalo is already gunning for it early. Just converted on fourth and inches from its own 39 after Allen sneaks through the mire.
8:23 p.m.: And here we go! Justin Tucker's kick caroms off the crossbar. And the Bills will stream onto the field to start the action.
8:00 p.m.: Another Hall-of-Fame-caliber talent is gracing the M&T Stadium concourses, this one of a Bills disposition; Bruce Smith is in the house!

7:15 p.m.: The stars are out for this one; DMV standouts Angel Reese, Masai Russell, Quincy Wilson and Bub Carrington are taking part in the pre-game festivities. Two gold medalists, one of women's basketball's most important players and the future of the Wizards franchise. Can't go wrong with that.
6:50 p.m.: Allen and Jackson are perfectly even through four matchups with one another, with Jackson capturing victories in two of the teams' three clashes in the regular season. The postseason is a different story; Allen and the Bills downed Baltimore in the 2021 playoffs, evening their head-to-head record at two wins apiece.
6:40 p.m.: Looks like both sides have made their ways onto the field for pre-game warmups. We're still about two hours from kickoff here in Charm City.
6:30 p.m.: Unsurprisingly, the Bills weren't too far behind. They've touched ground on M&T Bank Stadium, as well. Josh Allen seen rocking a Buffalo-themed sweatshirt as he struts down the tunnel.
