As the Las Vegas Raiders prepare to trade star wide receiver Davante Adams in the days or weeks ahead, there are reportedly two teams Adams would like to be traded to — and they are the least surprising ones ever.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter , Adams would prefer to be dealt to either the New Orleans Saints or New York Jets, two teams Schefter says are near or at the top of Adams' list of desired destinations.

"Two teams high on Davante Adams’ wishlist of places to land — if not at the very top — are the Jets and Saints, per league sources," Schefter wrote on Wednesday. "Adams ideally would like to play with a QB he knows. The Jets have former teammate Aaron Rodgers, and the Saints have former teammate Derek Carr."

Of course, Adams knows both quarterbacks well.

Adams spent several years in Green Bay with Rodgers, who helped him become one of the best players in the NFL in that span. Adams and Rodgers have said on multiple occasions they wouldn't mind reuniting , and clearly that hasn't changed.

One of the reasons Adams wanted to come to Las Vegas in the first place was because of Carr, who he also was a teammate of in college. Unfortunately, they only had one season together, as the Raiders parted with Carr after the 2022 campaign. That set the wheels in motion for where we are today.

Carr and Adams did have success together/ Adams posted 1,516 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns with Carr as his quarterback. That was the second-most yards and touchdowns Adams had posted in a season during his career.

Hilariously enough, both the Jets and Saints have the same exact record Adams is currently trying to run from, although both have a better quarterback situation for Adams, hence his interest.

Now, it'll be interesting to see if the Raiders oblige Adams' desire to reunite with one of his former teammates. General manager Tom Telesco will probably try to give Adams what he wants, but it won't come at the expense of taking a bad deal.

Stupidest move EVER to dump Carr for Garropolo. Stevie Wonder could see that was a horrible move.
