The Indianapolis Colts ruled out three starters, including running back Jonathan Taylor, ahead of the Week 5 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars , the team announced Friday .

Taylor has been dealing with a high-ankle sprain that he suffered during the fourth quarter of the Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers . He was a long shot to play after failing to practice at all this week.

Along with Taylor, the Colts ruled out cornerback Kenny Moore II (hip) and defensive end Kwity Paye (quad), both of which will miss their second consecutive game due to their respective injuries.

As for quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique), the second-year player is likely a game-time decision as head coach Shane Steichen simply said "we'll see" when it comes to his status throughout the weekend.

Richardson was limited at practice all week after suffering his oblique injury during the first quarter of the game against the Steelers.

Veteran Joe Flacco took the majority of first-team reps during Friday's practice so it's unclear whether that means the Colts are preparing for Flacco to start the game.

The inactive players list will be posted around 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday so that will be something to keep an eye out unless the Colts provide an update on Saturday afternoon.
