The Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts released their final injury reports of the week on Friday and a total of four players have been ruled out and five others are questionable between the two teams for the Week 6 game.

The biggest question mark for the Titans entering the week was quarterback Will Levis, who exited the Week 4 game early with a shoulder injury. But after resting over the bye, Levis was able to log three full practices and he carries no designation into the weekend.

The Titans don't have anyone listed as questionable, but three players have been ruled out, including safety Jamal Adams, linebacker Cedric Gray and defensive lineman Keondre Coburn. Gray was designated to return from injured reserve earlier in the week but is not ready to take the field despite three full practices.

Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson has a chance to return after not playing last week. Richardson turned in a limited practice on Wednesday before being full on Thursday and limited again on Friday. He's questionable.

Indy looked like it might be without its two best receivers at the start of the week, but both Michael Pittman and Josh Downs turned in a full practice on Friday and look set to play, despite both having a questionable tag. We know for certain that the Colts won't have running back Jonathan Taylor, as he's been ruled out.

Now, the full injury reports for both teams.
