The Seattle Seahawks desperately needed the break they're on, getting 10 days between games after playing three times in 10 days and losing all of them. It's a dramatic reversal of fortunes for a Seattle team that looked like a potential Super Bowl contender less than two weeks ago. Now they barely appear to be a playoff team, and the cracks are showing.

During the middle of their third-straight loss, Geno Smith and DK Metcalf had meltdowns on the sidelines amid some very preventable mistakes, both by themselves and their teammates (and coaches). After it was over, 10-year veteran wide receiver Tyler Lockett shared his take: that the team needs to change its practice habits, especially in walk-throughs. Here's what 16 had to say after the loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

If every crisis is an opportunity then this team has hit the jackpot. They'll either figure out what they're doing wrong and adjust accordingly, or they'll keep on losing and fall out of the playoff race before December even begins.

As for Lockett, he did better than just about every other skill player on Thursday night. He caught four targets, totaling 65 yards and one touchdown catch, the only one that Smith threw the entire game.
