The Buffalo Bills have one of the worst receiving groups in the NFL. That was put on full display when Khalil Shakir missed their Week 5 matchup against the Houston Texans that saw Josh Allen go 9-of-30 because Buffalo was trying to run their passing game through Mack Hollins and their plethora of other receivers who couldn't separate downfield.

David Kenyon of Bleacher Report sees the lack of talent around Allen, and proposes that Buffalo make a move for Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins.

"As the Bills are constructed, it's tough to see an offense that lacks a legitimate No. 1 target surviving the postseason—no matter how much Josh Allen continues to excel," Kenyon writes. "Higgins would command at least a third-round selection, given that Cincy may receive a compensatory pick for him anyway. Add a condition that him signing an extension with Buffalo makes it a second-rounder—and the Bills have an extra one because of the Stefon Diggs deal—and the details might actually sound reasonable."

It's hard to see the Bengals making this move, but if they are waning at the trade deadline and have no hopes of the playoffs, why not get something for Higgins rather than lose him for nothing?
