Ex-Cowboys $100 million superstar reportedly traded to Bills

One former member of the Dallas Cowboys reportedly is on his way to a new franchise.

The 2024 National Football League trade deadline is just a few weeks away at this point. The deadline will pass on Nov. 5, but the fireworks are already starting up. The New York Jets kicked things off with a blockbuster deal on Tuesday to acquire former Las Vegas Raiders superstar Davante Adams.

The Buffalo Bills aren't sitting around and pulled off a blockbuster deal of their own on Tuesday by acquiring former Cowboys star Amari Cooper, according to FOX Sports National Football League insider Jordan Schultz.

"Breaking: Browns trading (wide receiver) Amari Cooper to Bills, sources tell NFL On Fox," Schultz said.

Cooper has been an underrated star throughout his 10-year National Football League career. He has seven seasons under his belt with over 1,000 yards and spent three-plus seasons as a member of the Cowboys.

He joined the team through a trade in 2018 and then stuck around with the team until the 2022 campaign. Cooper spent the last two full seasons with the Browns but now will have an opportunity to contend this season as a member of the Bills.

Dallas has been in trade rumors itself for a few weeks, and it's starting to look like if the team wants to make a move, it will have to do so quickly. The Cowboys need a boost right now and have just a few weeks until the trade deadline. If moves of this size already are going to start happening, though, Dallas needs to act fast.
