The Kansas City Chiefs are 6-0 despite plenty of injuries. They could look to make a trade to help fix some of the holes on offense left by injuries.

When listing players the Chiefs could trade for to help achieve their three-peat, FanSided's Zachary Rotman urged the team to trade for Christian Kirk of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

"While the Jaguars do not have to trade Kirk, who is under contract through 2025, they'd benefit from trading him now - while he has that extra year of control - to ensure that they get more back in exchange," Rotman wrote. "This team is going nowhere in 2024, and with receivers like Davante Adams and Amari Cooper off the board, the Chiefs don't have many options. Kirk might be the best one out there, and the Chiefs might be willing to pay up to get him."

Kirk signed a four-year, $72 million deal with the Jaguars in 2022. He put up over 1,000 yards and eight touchdowns in his first year with the team.

"He hasn't duplicated those numbers since, but Kirk still figures to be a solid low-end WR1 or high-end WR2," wrote Rotman. "His production this season might not suggest that, but a lot of that certainly has to do with Trevor Lawrence and Co. struggling mightily."

Perhaps playing with Mahomes and company can get Kirk back on track. Rashee Rice was off to a great start with the Chiefs before suffering a knee injury. That has left the Chiefs heavily reliant on Travis Kelce and rookie Xavier Worthy. A player like Kirk could take some pressure off of Kelce and improve the struggling offense.
