NASCAR Cup Series driver Joey Logano can rest a bit easier the next two weeks.

After failing to defend his 2022 circuit title by not racing out of the Round of 16 last summer, Logano’s win during last Sunday’s Quaker State 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway certified advancement.

“It hurt a lot,” Logano told NACAR.com on his brief postseason appearance.

Logano’s postseason presence this time around will extend into the fall.

“We had such a really good team here,” he said, anticipating the start of the Round of 12.

Kyle Larson (+575) is favored to win the Go Bowling at The Glen title at Watkins Glen, according to BetOnline Sportsbook. Get NASCAR odds and predictions from our betting experts.

Go Bowling At The Glen Storylines

    • Ryan Blaney, who placed P3 and captured Stage 1 at Atlanta, secured the race’s most points (53). The defending Cup champion played a key role in pushing Logano to Victory Lane. Blaney, who leads the points standings, has friends.
    • Brad Keselowski departed the Peach State as the first driver below the Round of 12 cutoff line, one point behind Ty Gibbs and two behind Denny Hamlin.
    • Hendrick Motorsports’ Alex Bowman closed the regular season fending off questions about his future employment. His P5 Sunday should silence some critics entering The Glen.

Go Bowling at The Glen Predictions and Picks

Here are our best NASCAR Cup Series bets for the Go Bowling at The Glen at Watkins Glen International:

    Kyle Larson (+575)

After challenging for the lead throughout Stage 1 last Sunday, Larson’s machine inadvertently veered off and struck a wall, ending his outing. Look for Larson, the event’s betting favorite, to rebound.

    Christopher Bell (+1200)

Earning a P4 at Atlanta, which he described as his least favorite track, Bell credited his team for overcoming adversity after a bad qualifying session and poor pit stall selection. Bell likes Watkins Glen, where he captured three Xfinity Series events in just five outings.

    Ross Chastain (+3300)

This week’s longshot pick unveiled a new look before the Round of 16 opener at Atlanta. Chastain tried to push Trackhouse Racing’s teammate Daniel Suarez to a win last Sunday, but came up short. Is it Chastain’s turn?
