KPRC's Aaron Wilson Previews Texans Season Opener At Indianapolis Colts

KPRC reporter Aaron Wilson joins Next Up to preview the Houston Texans preparing for their season opener on the road against the Indianapolis Colts.

Defensive end Will Anderson Jr., the reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year, missed the majority of the preseason with an ankle injury but is expected to suit up for Week 1. "They gave him a lot of time to ramp up from that ankle injury," Wilson said.

The 2024 NFL season kickoff concluded with the Kansas City Chiefs defeating the Baltimore Ravens 27-20 on Thursday. "Lamar Jackson played very well... but [the Ravens] have some good football ahead of them."

Will the Texans be able to cement themselves alongside the Ravens and Chiefs as leaders in the AFC?
