Last year I ran into one to grab something my mom asked me to grab for her & the shop was so dark just like she said because of the balloons. I had a horrific panic attack & fled the store to calm down. I had left my Service Dog at my Mom's cuz it was just a quick run. I am glad the OP enjoyed them; I wish I could have & I hope someone does that for her some day! Thanks to her post I think I know what triggered my panic attack! A former boyfriend/best friend & about 8 of my other friends threw me a surprise birthday party @ Disney World & first thing I saw was my former BF who was very shy & my heart was just so full, just like the room! My former BF/best friend passed away a few years ago at only 58 of a brain tumor & my heart still hurts from his loss. I loved that kind, gentle giant (6'2) so much & even after we split we were still incredibly close & my girls loved him too. He's been gone almost 10 years but I still get the urge to call him when good or bad things happen...
