Bucks County Lake Listed as One of the Best Spots for Bass Fishing in Pennsylvania
A lake in Bucks County is being recognized as one of the best spots in the state for a long-beloved outdoor activity. Brian Whipkey wrote about the local lake for GoErie. Nockamixon Lake, located within Nockamixon State Park in Quakertown, was listed amongst several large reservoirs in Pennsylvania where bass fishing is plentiful. A popular destination for local residents and visitors to the area, the lake and its park are replete with opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.
Broadband authority OKs $20M for laptops
(The Center Square) — The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority voted Thursday to spend $20 million on more than 14,000 laptops to grow internet access in the commonwealth.
