(NYSE: TOL), together with Sundance Bay, has officially opened Broad + Noble, an 18-story high-rise in Philadelphia’s Center City. This luxurious development, located in Callowhill, offers 344 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The community, which welcomed its first residents in February 2024, was financed with a $100.2 million loan from Wells Fargo.
