Peachtree Hills CC releases updated July schedule

SPRING HOPE — July is shaping up to be a busy month at Peachtree Hills Country Club.

Per a recent post on its Facebook page, the course will open each Monday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.

The club will be closed to outside play from 8 a.m. to noon this Thursday while teams compete in a superball tournament.

The swimming pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

MEMBER-GUEST TOURNEY

Those interested in competing in this summer’s Member-Guest tournament must register by Monday, July 8.

The 36-hole superball tourney, flighted by handicap, will be held July 13-14.

A calcutta will be held for players on Friday night, while local band TripleWide will perform during Saturday’s player dinner.

Breakfast and lunch will be offered both days, in addition to cash prizes.

The entry fee is $350 per team, with hole sponsorships available for $100.

CAMPERS INVITED

The month will wind down with a two-part junior camp designed to guide players 6 and older.

Scheduled for July 21-22 and July 28-29, instruction will focus on etiquette and fundamentals.

Times can be reserved from 6-8 p.m.

The cost is $100 per member, covering four lessons, and $125 for nonmembers.
