STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — NYPD officers raided an apartment in Stapleton where they allege they seized illegal stimulants while arresting a woman and man last month. Woman struck by driver on Staten Island agrees to $650K settlement
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.— A Staten Island woman struck by a car while crossing the street in New Dorp has agreed to a settlement in state Supreme Court, St. George, records show. Yan Lin Zheng, 28, of New Dorp Beach, will receive $650,000 for what court documents alleged to be serious injuries that required medical care, lost wages and emotional distress experienced as a result of the 2022 incident.
