Northern California's Park Fire has forced thousands of people to evacuate. When one resident's truck broke down in the mad dash to escape, forcing them to leave behind both the vehicle, two dogs and their litter of puppies behind, one emergency responder stepped up to save them. Nevada Army National Guard's UH-60 Black Hawk joins the fight against California Wildfires
Two Nevada Army National Guard helicopters and crews were activated to help stop the progression of western California Wildfires on Monday. One of Nevada's UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters deployed from the Army Aviation Support Facility in Stead headed to Sacramento Mather Airport joined by a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) to help with the suppression efforts.
