WARREN, Ark. – As Saline River Chronicle reported not long ago, the City of Warren’s Sanitation Department recently upgraded its fleet with the addition of a boom loader truck, now proudly displaying new signage to inform residents of its services. The back trailer of the truck is emblazoned with the message: “JUNK PICK-UP, HELP KEEP WARREN CLEAN, 870-226-5860.”

Dr. Jessie Little joins NARMC pediatrics clinic
North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) recently welcomed Dr. Jessie Little, a pediatrician, to the medical team.Dr. Little earned her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia and furthered her medical training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She attended a residency at both the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. An impactful milestone in Dr. Little’s career includes the development of a widely distributed breastfeeding education video at UAMS aimed at supporting both parents and healthcare providers.

Outgoing Southern Arkansas senior golfer Connor Harrington has been named to the College Sports Communicators Men's At-Large Academic All-American Third Team. FAYETTEVILLE — Defensive end Landon Jackson opted to return to Arkansas for this season instead of entering the 2024 NFL Draft. Jackson, who was Arkansas’ lone player named to the All-SEC teams released Friday. In 2023, Jackson finished with 44 tackles, including 22 solo, 13.5 for loss, 6.5 sacks, one pass breakup and two quarterback hurries.
