National French Fry Day: How to score free fries

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Friday is National French Fry Day and if you’re looking to enjoy the salty snack in celebration local fast food spots are marking the day.

Wendy’s, Burger King, and McDonald’s are all running promotions handing out a free order of fries with purchases made within their app or loyalty programs. McDonald’s on Memorial Ave in West Springfield has an extra special event planned, they’re hosting a party in their parking lot!

It runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. complete with giveaways and prizes for anyone who stops by.
