SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Vehicle inspections in Massachusetts will resume on Wednesday following the global outage.

Cancellations and delays continue at Bradley International Airport

The RMV has been dealing with issues since the CrowdStrike outage on Friday, and inspections were put on hold. Now, the registry says most sites are back up and running.

People who fail their inspections have a little bit of extra time to get re-inspected. According to the RMV, anyone whose re-inspection date expired between July 19th and the 31st will have until August 10th to get that inspection done.

Those who own a motorcycle have been able to get an inspection for the last several days.
