SPRINGFIELD, Mo–Some of the best young professional golfers in the world will be on display at Highland Springs Country Club this week.

It’s the 34th annual Price Cutter Charity Championship.

This PGA sponsored event has a million dollar purse, with the winner on Sunday taking home $180,000.

Eight spots in the Charity Championship were up for grabs at the Monday qualifiers.

The Korn Ferry Tour gives any golfer a chance to play their way into their tournaments.

Approximately 140 golfers were split between Millwood and Rivercut golf courses.

And top four golfers from each course will get to play in Thursday’s Price Cutter Charity Championship.

The top qualifier at Millwood was Virginia’s Ryan Cole who shot an 11 under par 60.

The top qualifier at Rivercut was Florida’s Shun Yat Hak who shot a seven under par 65.
